Periodontal Wellness Package
Designed for patients who need periodontal maintenance
This plan includes:
- 4 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings
- 2 Oral Exams
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- All necessary X-Rays

If you have a PPO plan not listed here, we are happy to process your claim as an out-of-network provider. This still allows you to use your benefits at our studio, and we will do all the work to maximize your reimbursement.
