We've designed our Chicago studio to be a judgment-free zone, a place where you can feel genuinely heard, respected, and cared for from the moment you walk in.

We built Forward Dental Studio on a promise that is simple, yet different. It's an approach to your care that is built on two core parts:

- The Expertise: You get the peace of mind that comes from specialist-level skill. Your care is led by Dr. Peralta, a prosthodontist, which means even a routine checkup is performed with an exceptional level of precision and a deep understanding of complex restorative care.
You never have to choose between a dentist who is gentle and a specialist with the skill to recreate and preserve your smile. At Forward Dental Studio, you get both in the same chair.
Where It All Started
Dr. Louis Peralta grew up around dentistry. His father was a general dentist in New York, and Dr. Peralta saw firsthand the impact a caring, local dentist could have on a community. He carried that inspiration with him, but he knew he wanted to build something different from the corporate dental clinics that were becoming so common.
He envisioned a private practice where he wasn't rushed, where he could build real, long-term relationships, and where he could control every detail of the patient experience.
After moving to Chicago in 2016, he decided to build that vision. Forward Dental Studio is the result. It's truly built from the ground up to be the "anti-corporate" dental home. It’s a space where modern, specialist-level restorative dentistry meets old-school, personal care.

How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
